After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Inside the final furlong, Our Cody (IRE), placed second, shifted marginally right-handed, as the winner Chairmanfourtimes (IRE), went for a legitimate gap, causing Chairmanfourtimes (IRE) to be moved off its intended line and bump and move Shine On Me (GB), unplaced, off its intended line.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of any horse.
