Greatrex was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he angled his mount left-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Carson to take a check, shifting left-handed and inconveniencing both Maharajas Express (GB) and Rogue Thunder (GB), which were running freely to his inside.
The Stewards further noted the Conquest Of Power (GB), placed fifth, had shied away from the rails and became briefly unbalanced, causing the gelding to lose its position prior to the interference taking place.
Following the race, Warren Fentiman reported that Snow Berry (IRE), unplaced, was slowly away and Finley Marsh reported that Conquest Of Power (GB), placed fifth, was denied a clear run inside the final half furlong.
