An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the two-furlong pole involving the winner, Vixey (GB), ridden by Aiden Brookes and Pembrokeshire (GB), unplaced, ridden by Alistair Rawlinson.
Brookes was cautioned for careless riding as he angled his mount left-handed for a run when insufficiently clear which caused Rawlinson to take a slight check.
Following the race, Alistair Rawlinson reported that Pembrokeshire (GB), unplaced, ran too free and Tyler Heard reported that Sea The Buckthorn (GB), unplaced, was denied a clear run.
