Permission was given for All Ways Glamorous (GB) to wear a red hood to post and for Rosario (IRE) and Grandlad (IRE) to go early to post and be mounted in the chute.
An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference on the run to the line involving, All Ways Glamorous (GB), placed second, ridden by Gina Mangan and Faustus (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Ryan Kavanagh.
The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved the placing of All Ways Glamorous (GB) as the gelding always appeared to be holding Faustus (GB) and being satisfied that the interference occurred just before the line and that Faustus (GB) suffered no discernible loss of momentum to be beaten by a short head and a head, the Stewards ordered the placings to remain unaltered.
The interference was found to be accidental as All Ways Glamorous (GB) was consistently hanging right- handed despite the riders best efforts.
Following the race, Kieran Shoemark reported that Rosario (IRE), placed third, was slowly away; Shay Farmer reported that Dream Composer (FR), unplaced, was never travelling and Adam Farragher reported that Grandlad (IRE), placed fifth, was denied a clear run shortly before the line.
