Permission was given for Study Up (GB) to go early to post and be mounted in the chute.
The winner, Tiger Tulip (GB) appeared to show an improvement in form compared with its previous run at Wolverhampton on 19 May 2025, where the filly finished twelfth of twelve runners, beaten 12 ½ lengths.
Heather Main could provide no other explanation than that in her opinion the filly had uninterrupted run in the early stages of the race this time.
Tiger Tulip (GB) was routine tested.
Approaching the final furlong, Lady Dreamer (IRE), placed fourth, shifted slightly left-handed at the same time as Noel Fox (IRE), unplaced, shifted marginally right-handed, causing Noel Fox (IRE) to lose action for a stride.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Lady Dreamer (IRE).
