The Raceday Stewards requested a report from W.P. Mullins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Kalix Delabarriere (FR), placed first, as compared with its recent form. David Casey, Authorised Representative for the trainer stated that the application of first time cheekpieces may have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its content.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Putapoundinthejar, trained by A.J.Martin, at the request of the Raceday Stewards having been withdrawn by the trainer (coughing) and reported the animal to be showing signs of some recent nasal discharge.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards that have run at least four times in hurdle races up to and including 22nd March 2026 Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race or hurdle races after calculation of the handicap shall carry any penalty or penalties which may be allotted by the Handicapper.
