The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Carte D'or, trained by John M.Harney, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i). Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards fined John M. Harney €400 and suspended Carte D'or for two racedays in accordance with the provisions of Rule 194(vii)(d)
