The winner, Pull Again Green (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Uttoxeter, on 03 May 2025, where the gelding finished tenth of fourteen runners, beaten by a distance of 43 ½ lengths.
Fergal O'Brien’s explanation that Pull Again Green (IRE) may have benefited from a drop in Class, from a Class 2 to a Class 3 and in his opinion, a weaker contest on this occasion was noted and the gelding was routine tested.
Following the race, Sean Bowen reported that Music Of Tara (GB), which was pulled up, never travelled.
The Veterinary Officer reported that G A Henty (GB), which was pulled up, finished lame on its left-fore.
