The Starters' explanation that a Stall Handler had led the horse into the wrong stall before immediately removing that runner and placing it in the correct stall, was noted.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong, involving the winner, Pallas Lord (IRE), ridden by Jason Hart, and Age Of Time (FR), placed second, ridden by David Egan.
Hart was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed towards the rail without sufficient correction, intimidating Egan’s mount.
Following the race, David Nolan reported that Reenie's Dream (GB), unplaced, was reluctant to race and very slowly away, giving away significant ground to other runners as a result.
