Permission was given for The Bay Warrior (IRE) to go early to post and for Meleri (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
The Stewards considered the unruly behaviour of Meleri (GB) which had been reluctant to race and very slowly away losing many lengths at the start.
As the mare had also been very reluctant to race at Newbury on 25 July 2025, Boyle's representative was informed that any future similar behaviour from Meleri (GB) may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
