THE BLACKMORE BUILDING CONTRACTORS HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 6) Permission was given for Quick Turn (FR) to wear a red hood to post.
Following a report from the Starter, an enquiry was held to consider the circumstances as to why the stalls were unable to be used for the final two races.
The Starter, the Stalls Team Leader and the Clerk of the Course were interviewed.
As a result, permission was given for a flip start to be used for the remaining two races.
Having heard all the evidence a report was forwarded to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
