Formscan By Gary Carson - MAN O WORK is interesting here on his first start in handicap company on the Flat. The Workforce gelding didn't run too badly when staying on in a competitive contest over timber at Galway on his last outing and had run well in a Tipperary maiden on the level back in May. He doesn't look badly treated off a mark of 79 now. Lot of Joy weakened tamely enough when favourite for the big amateur handicap at Galway but had run really well at the Curragh previously and has to be respected. The admirable Taipan won well on his return at Ballybrit but may be vulnerable to a better handicapped rival.
