The Footstepsinthesand mare chased home Clear Quartz in a competitive contest at Galway on her last outing and off just a pound higher mark she is capable of winning a race of this standard. Ger O'Leary has his string in fine form and Bear Profit has to be respected under top-weight. The Profitable gelding won at Leopardstown in June and has run a couple of solid races since. Purring Along was well backed when third behind easy winner Selective Power at Naas last time and she's another to consider.
