Formscan By Tom Weekes - Seven-time winner DARKENED has been running well on the Flat at Dundalk and has a manageable weight in an ordinary claimer on his return to hurdling. Three of his wins have come in good or yielding-ground hurdle races and he ran well on his previous jumps start last Christmas. Routine Excellence is a four-time winner whose previous success last August came in a similar claimer. His form tailed off late last year but ran well at Leopardstown last month and should give the selection a race. Lakota Blue has shown bits of useful form but was well held on his latest starts. Knockaneleigh Girl is declared to run on Sunday.
