Formscan By Alan Magee - CORDOUAN is not the most consistent of performers but has bright prospects if putting his best foot forward. The Shalaa gelding won over course and distance in 2022 and recorded a third career win on his penultimate start in a 7f Gowran claimer. However, he needs to bounce back following a disappointing effort at the same venue. Beauty Bella had plenty of placed form before landing a Dundalk maiden earlier this year for Adrian Murray and now has her first outing for Jack Davison, while Chestnutter won twice over this trip last year for Noel Meade but hasn’t shown much recently for current connections. Chica Power and Miss Abby Jools are also seeking to recapture previous form.
