Formscan By Mark Nunan - CHICA LINDA was good from the front at Sligo last month when landing a handicap over this trip on soft ground. She wasn't as effective on better ground at Clonmel last time but should have conditions to suit here and may have another one in her. Portreath has been very consistent since entering handicap company and wouldn't be winning out of turn. The Kodiac gelding ran Fratas close at Ballinrobe in July and that progressive filly has won three more times in recent weeks. Red Trail handles soft ground well and is going for a repeat win in this contest. She got back to winning ways at Gowran last time and Conor Stone-Walsh is great value for his 7lb claim
