Formscan By Michael Graham - CHAVEZ catches the eye on chasing debut on his first start for Willie Mullins. He won a Chepstow bumper for Paul Nicholls and was last seen making all over a similar trip to slay the field in an Ascot maiden hurdle in March. He appears to be ground versatile. If Chavez doesn't take to the bigger obstacles, Salmanino sets a fair standard. He was beaten half a length over slightly further in Cork. Jack In The Box is another maiden hurdle winner having his first crack at the bigger obstacles. He was beaten a fair way into third over flights at Thurles in November, but does have the advantage of race fitness.
