Formscan By Mark Nunan - FIELD A THISTLES has run well against geldings on her last two starts at Galway and Ballinrobe and looks a leading contender back in mares-only company. Mags Mullins' ground-versatile charge landed a bumper over this trip in July and has a nice bit of hurdling experience after four starts over flights. The 5lb claim of Conor Stone-Walsh is another point in her favour. Grooveykindoflove represents a top yard and showed plenty of promise last term. She went close at Wexford when last seen and a five-month absence is not a major concern. Downpatrick bumper winner Blacksmiths Forge made a pleasing start over hurdles at Sligo and stepping up in trip should help her cause.
