Formscan  - POET'S DAWN has to be forgiven a below-par effort at York, but looks worth another chance based on his convincing win at Carlisle in August. Tim Easterby's charge made every yard on the soft going on that occasion and looks set to go close again if allowed his own way at the head of affairs. Walsingham is expected to improve making his handicap debut on only his second start for David O'Meara's yard, while Style Of Life could also go well after scoring at Thirsk three weeks ago.
