Formscan By Michael Graham - SAVANTE could exploit her lower chase mark. She did very little wrong when runner-up in a valuable handicap hurdle over further in Leopardstown as she was just collared close home. That form looks strong as she was some 15 lengths clear of the third. Gavin Cromwell's Sophia Rose gets first-time cheekpieces after a runner-up spot over a longer trip in Punchestown. She has winning form over a similar trip from a maiden hurdle in Sligo last summer. Absolutely (likeable mare with a good attitude), and she was actually quite green there today. I think it is only her fourth run of her life and you'd forget that. She's going the right way and is a nice mare. She has won on heavy as well. I'm not sure where we will go next, but she has taken a few scalps there. We were really happy with her coming back here today. The young lad did nothing wrong on her the last day but Eoin knows her so well and knowing this mare is a big deal. Eoin has been schooling her for years now, he's been helping me out since the start. He just gets her jumping, he sits against her and leaves her alone. She dictated it again today and she was pretty impressive today, I thought she was just idling in front. Eoin was impressed with her and she's building a bit of momentum now. There is a meeting back here in three weeks or a month so she'll probably come back here for that.
