Formscan By Alan Magee - Aidan O’Brien and Wayne Lordan teamed up for a short-priced juvenile winner with Constitution River on Monday and may repeat the trick with ACTION who also comes here off the back of a promising debut. The half-brother to Lambourn put in some good work at the finish when third to odds-on stablemate New Zealand over 7f at the Curragh and should appreciate this step up in trip. O’Brien also runs Christmas Day who cost 450,000 guineas as a yearling and is a half-brother to Missed The Cut, a multiple Grade 3 winner in the States. Spectical, a half-brother to Group 1-winning juvenile Lumiere, fetched 450,000 euro at the Goffs Orby Sale and is another newcomer to consider.
