Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - ERZINDJAN is back from the Group Three company he kept when finishing fourth behind Poetic Flare in the Killavullan Stakes when last seen in October. A 91 rating now equates to a nice racing weight of nine stone one for the handicap debut of Erzindjan. We get a little bit of a handle on stable form as Dermot Weld’s small team of jumpers have been showing up well recently. Weld and champion jockey Colin Keane will combine this term when the hugely talented pilot is not required by Ger Lyons. They could get a winner on this card, and Erzindjan is just preferred to the likes of Duke Of Mantua and company.
