Formscan By Tom Weekes - CORAL RIVER squeezes into today’s race with a hurdling rating of 120 and has good chase form. Placed third in a series final at Punchestown last April, the selection bounced back with two useful chase runs at that course in recent months and has ground and distance in his favour. Union Station ran well at Leopardstown over Christmas but drops markedly in distance while Torquay Road ran well at Down Royal but would prefer a sounder surface. Seven months separated Strutter’s two most recent wins and now has a 384-day absence to overcome on chase debut. Useful maiden hurdler I Am Lozenzo debuts over fences and, along with 120-rated Supreme Jet, would ideally prefer farther.
