Yeah, I suppose when she was 109 I felt there was a maiden hurdle in her. If we could go back, we would probably ride her very differently in a bumper. She always seemed like a filly that basically stays and it was only when we changed tactics with her in her maiden hurdles, when she was held up a bit, that she started finishing out her races better. There probably was a bumper in her if I'd known that. Simon said she didn't travel as well as she can. The ground is as quick as you would want for her. She might be starting in season as well. He said he was happy enough she would pick up from the second last. You'd imagine so (go down handicap route) and see what the handicapper does. I'm delighted with him and we were noticing in his work recently that while he isn't the quickest horse, if you hold him up, he has a bit of a gear. I told Eoghan to ride his own race, he knew they would go quick and I told him to take our beating if it didn't work out. He gave him a lovely confident ride for a 7lb claimer. Our horses are in good form, we liked the way he was going at home and while I didn't want to put pressure on anybody, we were just getting started today. He'll go over fences soon as he can utilise his four-year-old allowance and is a lovely big type.
