Formscan By John O'Riordan - Off the track since disappointing at Cheltenham in November, KATAKANA(7) can make a winning reappearance. A dual bumper winner in France, the Henry De Bromhead-trained mare took an age to make the breakthrough in this country but looked a well handicapped horse when easily scoring at Thurles on her penultimate start. Given plenty of time to recover from a below par subsequent run, the six-year-old has strong claims here if fit and ready after that absence. Secret Rock, who made a winning stable debut for Cian Collins at Kilbeggan, has to be respected in his follow up bid. Eoin McCarthy runs three in this race, with Kingdom Calling looking the most interesting of those representatives.
