Formscan  - CAVERN CLUB was last seen finishing down the field in a valuable handicap at York in October and the drop back in trip appears likely to yield an improved performance from Marco Botti's gelding. Qaasid produced a consistent level of form in the early part of 2023 and he has to be respected on his first outing since July. Valsad and Tenerife Sunshine are others capable of a decent showing.
