Formscan By Mark Nunan - VEE DANCER raced keenly when finishing sixth over 3m on his handicap debut at Down Royal in October. The six-year-old was touched off in a point-to-point over that distance but his manner of racing last time suggests that a drop in trip may help him and obviously the market will be instructive as to his chances of a first victory. Harvey’s Quay was travelling well until a mistake at the second-last when third on his handicap debut over 2m3f at this venue. He’s entitled to improve on that run having been off over five months and is another who may be suited by this shorter trip. Sefton Warrior has Rachael Blackmore’s assistance and has also been in good form over further while Limerick winner Secret Sea has to enter calculations as well despite an 8lb hike for that success.
