She won this race in 2018, fell at the final flight when in command in last year's renewal and comes here in the form of her life having blown away opposition on her latest three runs at Punchestown, Autueil and, this season, in the Galmoy Hurdle at Gowran. Unbeaten Honeysuckle comes here having won the Irish Champion Hurdle and is clearly a potentially top class prospect. Honeysuckle has just 4lbs to find with the selection on ratings and is open to more progression with the return to this trip likely to aid her not-altogether-slick jumping technique. The 40-minutes-earlier Champion Hurdle will prove informative for Honeysuckle's followers with regard to Irish Champion Hurdle runner-up Darver Star's abilities, but regardless Honeysuckle faces a formidable foe in BENIE DES DIEUX. Roksana won last year's renewal with the final flight fall of BENIE DES DIEUX and while she has strong place claims today, might struggle to defend her title. Stormy Ireland, which finished second in last year's race, is herself a smart performer but has yet to make the breakthrough at Grade 1 or 2 level.%0A
