Formscan - Although VICTORY STAR was underwhelming when unable to justify favouritism at Fairyhouse in October, there is a sneaking suspicion that we've yet to see the best of him. The Charles Byrnes-trained gelding warrants respect travelling over from Ireland and sustained market support would increase confidence. Point-to-point winner Youdecide appears to have been given a workable opening mark and he's a viable alternative up in trip. Greenways is also worth a second look.
