Formscan  - The drop into class 5 company saw an improved display from Dark Alley when filling the runner-up berth at Windsor 30 days ago. The Warren Greatrex-trained gelding is heading in the right direction and isn't taken lightly, but U S S CHARLESTON is slightly more compelling. The son of U S Navy Flag finished a close-up second at Leicester last month and that form looks a shade stronger. Market support for newcomer Tafah would be interesting.
