Formscan By Alan Magee - TIGER ROLL can add to his already stellar CV with a sixth Festival win. The dual Grand National winner is bidding to land this unique event for a fourth time and has been given a similar preparation to last year with an outing over hurdles at Navan. His only defeat in this race came on soft ground in 2020 and he comprehensively reversed places with Easysland last year. Enda Bolger is unrivalled when it comes to training cross country horses and Shady Operator may prove the pick of his trio of runners. Midnight Maestro just got the better of his stablemate at Punchestown last month but Shady Operator may be better suited by this longer trip. Prengarde was a prolific winner of these races in France and is an interesting addition to Bolger’s team. Delta Work is a former Festival winner having taken the Pertemps Final back in 2018 and is a classy recruit to this sphere having scored five-times in Grade 1 company over fences.
