The winner, Janey Mackers (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Goodwood on 31 July 2025, where the filly finished seventeenth of eighteen runners, beaten by 21 lengths.
It was noted that David Menuisier’s representative could offer no explanation for the filly’s improved form on this occasion.
