Just inside the two furlong marker, Havana Whisper (GB), placed fourth, shifted marginally left-handed carrying Thiscouldbefun (IRE), placed fifth, off its intended line which in turn resulted in Seed Investor (IRE), unplaced, becoming crowded for room against the rail and its rider having to take a slight check, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Havana Whisper (GB).
Following the race, Tom Eaves reported that Seed Investor (IRE), unplaced, suffered interference just inside the two furlong marker.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Bebside (GB), unplaced, had bled from the nose.
