THE V2 RADIO HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 5) Lady Dapple Rose (IRE) unseated Callum Pritchard leaving the parade ring.
Having been checked by the Doctor, Pritchard was deemed fit to race.
Jumping the first hurdle, Whatcombe (IRE), which was later pulled up, jumped sharply left-handed across Lady Dapple Rose (IRE), which stumbled and fell as a result.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Jumping the final hurdle, the winner, Shalfa (IRE), jumped slowly at the same time as Jacquetta (IRE), placed second, jumped left-handed and was forced to switch sharply left-handed off the heels of Shalfa (IRE), taking Hiero Sport (FR), placed third, off its intended line.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Shalfa (IRE) or Jacquetta (IRE).
Following the race, Bradley Harris reported that Giddyupadingdong (IRE), placed fifth, made a bad mistake jumping the second last hurdle.
