Following the race, Jack Doughty reported that Toussarok (GB), placed third, put its head down as the stalls opened and was slowly away as a result, and Rossa Ryan reported that the saddle slipped on Supernova Steps (GB), placed fourth, approximately 3 furlongs out.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Supernova Steps (GB) had been struck into on its left-hind.
