The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident close to the line involving Ned In The Park, ridden by Mr D. Doyle, and Oh Janey, ridden by Sam Ewing, where it appeared they came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
P.M. O'Brien, rider of San Franco, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after the second last hurdle involving Chantilly Wings, ridden by J.C. Gainford, and We're Back Again, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe where it appeared interference occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.J. O'Keeffe stated that he received a slight bump from his left. J.C
Gainford stated that his mount was very green and ducked right after he struck him with his whip and he corrected him immediately. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined We're Back Again, at the request of trainer, Patrick Griffin, and reported the animal to be lame on his left fore post race.
