Formscan  - Clovis Island was a comfortable bumper winner here in March and he looks an interesting recruit to hurdles for Nicky Richards, who has his string in good form. The market may prove a good guide to his chances, but a chance is taken on the race-fit TOMMY JOHNSON. Sent off a 7/2 chance on his racecourse bow at Carlisle last month, he was only beaten a length at the line and if he improves for that experience, he could go one better.
