Formscan  - Perth bumper winner Wilstar has undergone wind surgery since a disappointing hurdling bow at Newbury. With a first-time tongue-tie applied, it would come as no surprise were he to step forward, but preference is for LIKE MINDED. The JP McManus-owned gelding made a satisfactory debut over C&D last month and although it suggested further might be more suitable, he wouldn't need to find stacks of improvement. Largy Meadow finished second in a Ballinrobe bumper over the summer and is worth a market check ahead of his stable debut.
