Monfrid, berthed well in stall two, looks a likely pace angle and, if building on his recent handicap bow, he can be involved. Expert Choice made a pleasing return to action when third in the Edinburgh Cup at Musselburgh a fortnight ago and is considered now eased 1lb in the ratings.
