Formscan By John O'Riordan - GALILEO SAND should take the beating in this finale. Third on his racecourse debut at Thurles in March, the Joseph O'Brien-trained gelding showed up well when fourth in a competitive affair at the recent Punchestown Festival. With the benefit of those previous outings, he sets a fair standard in a race of this nature. John Gleeson, who has been riding exceptionally well of late, is a notable jockey booking. Newcomer Midnight Jet deserves close consideration. Trainer Sam Curling loves to line one up for this particular meeting and Derek O'Connor is a significant choice of rider. Power Of Words, who finished fourth over hurdles on debut, is interesting switched to a bumper by his leading trainer.
