Formscan By Mark Nunan - FONS VIVUS won a heavy-ground bumper at Cork a little under a year ago and, fitted with cheekpieces for the first time, made a promising handicap hurdle debut when second over course and distance last time. She had What An Ocean back in sixth and can confirm the form. Ardera Ru was second of 20 on testing ground at Gowran in November and should go well here for trainer Eoin Doyle who has a fine record at this venue. Lake Chad has won over fences here and was second over hurdles at Clonmel last time. He should give a good account under his in-form rider. Well Polly has twice won over 3m and, although soundly beaten at Limerick during the week, can't be ruled out while Ocojohn has been placed over hurdles and fences here but would prefer better ground. %0A
