Formscan By Tom Weekes - BACKTONORMAL ran well over an inadequate distance here in December and thus has yet to show his hand in this division. The selection defeated the now 142-rated-chaser Answer To Kayf to win at the Punchestown festival last May and while well held in three chases, showed encouragement during Christmas, prefers this distance and has a feather weight. Dual Grade 3-hurdle winner Search For Glory has run consistently well in smart chases and ran well behind high-class Impaire Et Passe during Christmas. He is a fraction unexposed on handicap debut but would prefer further. Pinkerton had the subsequent Thyestes Chase winner behind him when finishing third in the Paddy Power Chase over Christmas but would prefer nicer ground.
