Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Hollymount, a 300,000 pound purchase, BRANDY LOVE at 200K, and Take Tea no doubt for a hefty sum too - these would be a nice bunch of mares to peruse pre-race. Sadly there won't be too many present to do just that, but a wager on Brandy Love could complete the day on the right note, albeit the daughter of Jet Away has been put in short by the layers early on. Hailing from the famed Colin Bowe nursery, for whom she was impressive in a Cragmore point-to-point, the selection looked every inch a potential top-notcher again with a Fairyhouse bumper win. Patrick Mullins rides this one, of his father Willie's quintet. For those looking for something at more attractive odds, Betty Zane was impressive at Cork and it'll be fascinating to see what she can achieve upped to Grade Two company.
