Formscan By Tom Weekes - WESTERNER POINT has a much lower hurdles mark than chase rating and looks well treated on his return to hurdling here. He is in excellent health at present and did well to win a Grade B chase at Limerick over Christmas, which increased his rating to 129, 24lbs above his hurdles mark. His most recent hurdles form in November 2015 when a well beaten second but he seems to have progressed well since then. Tinos Tank is himself in good form and has been running well over hurdles recently. He was well enough held at Limerick latest but the winner won subsequently and he looks likely to figure from his current rating. Bilko wasn’t beaten far on handicap debut at Leopardstown over Christmas and is capable of progressing while Ruby Walsh is a notable booking for Hollow Tree but he is difficult to fancy following a 642 day layoff. Fruits Of Glory, Inch Rise and Eight Till Late are solid performers at this level and cannot be totally dismissed while veteran Realt Mor ran well latest and might be able to pick up a handicap hurdle at some stage from this rating.
