Formscan By Gary Carson - CLARA SORRENTO is a previous course and distance winner and may be worth a shot here in an open looking contest. He ran really well at Galway when last seen, although no match at the end for Davids Charm. That rival went up 16lb for that though and just narrowly failed to frank the form when going down by a neck to the progressive Lagostovegas at Listowel. Dysios won easily at Gowran last month when tried over hurdles again but it will surely be a bit harder now after a 19lb hike. Likewise Prince Garyantle is up 15lb after his wide margin success at Clonmel last time and this looks more competitive. Kauto Star's half brother Kauto Grand Mogol hasn't been seen since finishing fourth in the Martin Pipe conditionals race at Cheltenham in 2015 and it will be interesting to see how he fares on his return.
