Formscan By Gary Carson - UNCLE GERHARD has slipped to a nice mark and may be worth a shot here. The Jeremy gelding ran well last time at Thurles and was bang there when making a slight error at the last. It was a solid effort to finish fourth to Royal Soldier and off a pound lower there is a race in him. Courtbrack Boy is an obvious contender after an easy success here last month. He went up 7lb for that victory in attritional conditions and there may be a bit more to come from the six-year-old. Loi Des Jeux didn’t run too badly on his handicap debut at Punchestown in mid-January and could be a potential improver.
