Formscan  - Rhythm N Hooves has won two of his last three starts at Southwell and is closely matched on his narrow January win with Almaty Star, who has subsequently won over course and distance. That pair will be hard to keep out of the finish, but a chance is taken on SPARTAN ARROW. The latter only faltered in the final furlong when attempting to make all at Newcastle on his return from an absence and first start for Archie Watson's yard. He looks to have retained all his ability and can improve for that pipe-opener.
