The winner of that race has followed up in a higher grade at Tipperary, so there could be some scope in Steel Magnolia's mark of 51. Hugo's Girl outran her odds when third in a decent fillies' handicap over further at this venue last month. She brings plenty of experience to this race and has stronger claims than most. Annie Lavinia was beaten less than a length into fourth over 7f at Down Royal last Friday which entitles her to respect, while Sea Fort has been given a chance by the handicapper and can get closer.
