Suited by this trip and an ease in the ground, he has run well when returning from a layoff and his trainer’s string is in good form. Local trainer Mark McNiff runs two and Evans Secret, who has a top apprentice on board, may be the pick of them. The Nathaniel gelding drops into this grade for the first time and has been placed in staying hurdles this summer. Glyde Ranger's sole success came in the corresponding contest last year and he again showed his liking for this course and distance when touched off by War Thunder in May.%0A%0A
