Permission was given for Victory Sound (IRE) and Philanthropist (GB) to wear a red hood to post and for Columnist (GB) to go early and wear a red hood to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final half furlong involving Brave Mission (GB), placed second, ridden by Rossa Ryan, and Master Technician (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Hollie Doyle.
The interference was found to be accidental as Brave Mission (GB) shifted marginally right-handed at the same time as Master Technician (IRE) stepped left-handed, causing Doyle to take a slight check.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Victory Sound (IRE), unplaced, had bled from the nose and had an irregular heart beat.
